Who are we?
Sutton Housing Partnership is a non-profit making organisation managed by a Board of Management.
The board is made up of residents, nominees of the council and independent people with professional skills to help manage the organisation.
What do we do?
Although the housing stock is still owned by the London Borough of Sutton, Sutton Housing Partnership is responsible for providing the
day-to-day management of housing services to over 6,500 tenants and 1,500 leaseholders.
We are committed to providing excellent, customer focused and cost effective landlord services to all our residents.
Our Locations
Our main office is based in the heart of Sutton town centre (click here| to view a location map).
We also have a variety of locations throughout the Borough where our Sheltered Housing and Estate staff work.
