Ken Morgan

Ken is a Qualified Chartered Surveyor. His current role is as a Partner (Member) of
John Rowan and Partners, which is a medium sized construction consultancy and he is
Head of the Development and Regeneration Team.
Ken has been involved in the delivery of Decent Homes Programme for Hounslow Homes (3 star ALMO). This included delivery, strategic advice, organising and facilitating best practice workshops with contractors, performance monitoring and leaseholder consultation. He has also been involved in best practice workshops to share best practice with other ALMOs.

Ken is a former employee of London Borough of Ealingand was appointed to the board July 5th 2006.
