Our Board

Sutton Housing Partnership’s Board of Directors are made up of 12 members which  consists of four residents (three tenants and one leaseholder), four independents with professional skills to help run the Board and four council nominees from all political parties.

 

The Board are involved in:

• Scrutinising and monitoring the performance of Sutton Housing Partnership
• Reporting on the Management Agreement between the Council and Sutton Housing Partnership
• Approving the budgets
• Agreeing policies and making financial decisions
• Ensuring that Sutton Housing Partnership is run lawfully and ethically
