Focus Groups

SHP regularly review the services we provide to ensure they are effective, efficient and are providing value for money.

It is vital that we talk and listen to customers' views about these services, so when we are planning to review a service, we will hold small focus groups and invite residents to attend.

Members of the Sounding Board, who have expressed an interest in a particular service, will be invited to attend.  We also invite residents who may have complained about the service or have recently completed a survey feedback form about that particular service.

We always ensure that focus groups are held at different times of the day, for example in the evening, to suit different peoples needs.

Focus groups are held in accessible locations with good transport links and we can help with travel and childcare costs if you are attending.

As a thank you for your time and views we offer a £15 voucher for any tenant or leaseholder who attends a focus group.  Only one voucher per household can be issued.

We will feedback the changes or improvements we have made as a result of your involvement through our Homefront magazine.
