How your involvement is 'Making a Difference'

Your feedback about our SHP and the services we provide is really important to us, and we value all your comments, complaints and compliments. We are committed to listening to our customers and acting on what they say. 

It's also important for SHP to feedback to you on what's changed as a result of your involvement, we hope this will encourage even more residents to talk to us.Here are some examples of the changes we have made as a result of your feedback:
