Performance Committee Details

Performance Committee

Working alongside Residents and Resident organisations, SHP completed a review of its scrutiny process in late 2016. As a result, we have formed a new Performance Committee composed of board members and residents to monitor SHP's services.

The main responsibilities of the Committee are to obtain and consider performance information including customer and stakeholder feedback, benchmark against comparable organisations, consider annual reports on Resident Involvement and decide an annual scrutiny work programme.

The Committee currently has two residents and four board members, one of whom is a Councillor. However, we continue to recruit and welcome residents’ interest at any time. Committee meetings are public, so we encourage those who wish to get involved, or want to see how a meeting is run, to come along and observe the Committee.
