The Leasehold Services Team has responsibilities that include:
Calculating service charge estimates and actual's for leaseholders and section 16 freeholders Undertaking statutory consultation with leaseholders concerning major works and other relevant items of repair expenditure Calculating, issuing and collecting service charge and major works invoices Responding to solicitors enquiries via the production of a pre-assignment package Liasing and working in partnership with the Sutton Leaseholder Association Acting as an area of advice in areas relating to Leasehold Management such as legislative changes Our Service Standards Frequently Asked Questions
