Sutton Housing Partnership will be celebrating National Customer Services Week from the 2-8th October 2006.
Demonstrating our commitment to putting customer service at the heart of all that we do, staff will be involved in a range of events and activities for customers every day this week in our reception area at Sutton Gate.
This is the first year that Sutton Housing Partnership have taken part in the National Customer Services Week and want to use this opportunity to promote working together and show our commitment to providing excellent customer service throughout the organisation.
As part of the celebrations, we are launching our Christmas card design competition for kids, “What does Christmas mean to you?.” The winning design will be used as Sutton Housing Partnership’s first Christmas card for 2006.
We also want customers to give us their “ bright ideas” on how we can improve our services, we will reward each bright idea with an energy saving light bulb.
Chief Executive, Peter Dolan and members of the executive management team will be getting “back to the floor” manning the reception desk at Sutton Gate and on our partners day, taking place on Thursday 6 October 2006, there will be a chance to meet staff from KNK, Safecall and Smith & Byford.
