Football mad fathers are being invited to a special football tournament.
A five-a-side competition is being held to celebrate the second anniversary of the fathers’ group, Men Behaving Dadly.
Sutton’s Men Behaving Dadly group aims to give fathers an opportunity to spend quality time playing with their children and to get more involved in their care and education from an early age.
The event will take place on Saturday 30 October at Manor Park Primary School and is aimed at fathers or male carers.
Cllr Dave Callaghan, Executive Member for Children, Families and Youth Services on Sutton Council, said: “This will be a great event which will give the dads some exercise and the children a chance to cheer on their father or carer.
“Men Behaving Dadly is a really important initiative which gives fathers the opportunity to come together to spend some quality time playing with their children while also getting tips and ideas for educational games they can take home.”
Entrants will need to put together teams of five to seven dads.
