We are holding our first meeting on the 21st March 2011 at the Salvation Army for Residents who have informed us they have a disability.
The meeting will be an opportunity for our residents who have a disability to get involved and help SHP establish a Forum which will become a ‘Sounding Board’ for Residents to discuss and help improve the way we provide services now and in the future.
The aim is for the group to meet twice a year and the meeting on the 21st will be to inform residents about changes which have resulted from resident involvement with the Aids and Adaptation Service Review last year.
It will also be an opportunity for residents to provide feedback about services they currently receive and to find our more about how involvement can be beneficial to the wider disabled community.
Location: Salvation Army Centre, Benhill Avenue
Time: 12-3pm
