The Scrutiny and Service Improvement Group is a resident led group who meet bi-monthly to scrutinise performance and customer feedback. Being a member of this team involves examining the performance of SHP's services to ensure all tenants are getting the best service. They also play an important role by contributing towards major decisions about changes or improvements across the organisation. is a resident led group who meet bi-monthly to scrutinise performance and customer feedback. We are just about to start the process of reviewing and monitoring the Local Offers/standards which relate to the priorities identified by our customers from across the Borough.
We currently have a number of vacancies and are looking for new members. If you would like to join, we are keen to hear from you.
