Adverse weather conditions possible disruption to services

The Met Office has warned of up to 15cm of snow across London this week. This might cause some disruption to our services. If there are any delays or alterations to our service we will keep you informed. If we are not able to keep an appointment we've made with you we will contact you and rearrange.

Due to these extreme weather conditions any external work to your property that was due to be undertaken, will not take place until the weather improves.  However, our contractors will continue to carry out repairs within your homes.

Our call centre may be busier than usual. Please report any non-urgent repairs on another day or if you can, why not try Interfinder| our online 'report a repair' system.

Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Stay Warm
Here are some tips and advice to keep warm this winter:

  • Eat regular hot meals and have hot drinks.
  • If possible, keep moving instead of sitting still - activity will get your circulation going and make you feel warmer.
  • Wrap up warmly indoors and out by wearing several layers of clothing.
  • Make sure you keep out any draughts, for instance from your letterbox and windows. Keep your curtains closed and shut internal doors to keep warm air from escaping.
