In our recent GREEN issue of Homefront we mentioned that you could recycle your bottles and jars by using the Council's kerbside collection service (the blue bins). Since we went to print this has changed and you can now place all your glass into your green wheeled bin or take them to you nearest Neighbourhood Recycling Centre.
In our article regarding Sutton Council's green bin collection, we stated that 'all communal flats have 140 or 240 litre green wheelbins', we wish to clarify that this may not be the case in every neighbourhood, for example on large estates like Collingwood and Durand, residents only have access to their Neighbourhood Recycling Centres.
