Doing our repairs “Right First Time”
Together with our contractor KNK Building Services Ltd, we are committed to completing as many repairs as possible “Right First Time”. However, there are times when it just isn’t possible to do so in one visit. For example: plastering may require a bonding coat, and then a skim coat with a need for some drying time in between. It’s important for us to reflect this when we compare ourselves with our peers. So when completing our Repairs Questionnaire please remember that if the repair has been completed “as prescribed”, it should be considered “right first time” even if it took more that one visit.
Emergency Callouts
We ensure that we provide you with an overnight and weekends call out for emergency repairs, but we pay a higher charge for this service. Please be aware that the service is only intended to remove the emergency and make the situation safe, until follow up works can be arranged in normal hours and at normal costs. An emergency that makes safe repair should also be considered as “right first time” as the intention is only to make safe at that time. Please remember to mark and return your questionnaires accordingly.
