Every month we post a question on our home page called, Your Vote! which asks residents ways we can improve our services. Below are the results from August, September and October.
We have passed on the second Your Vote! results to the External Services Team. They will be reviewing the location of the new form for residents to complete if they need any tree work carried out. Currently residents can contact the Customer Care Team on freephone 0800 195 5552 for a copy of the form.
We have also passed on the first and third Your Vote! results to the Quality and Performance Team, where they have been working on the information collected for the ‘About You and Your Household’ questionnaires and asking all our residents to complete it. They will also be able to look at having a ‘neither satisfied or dissatisfied' answer in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
