Black History Month Sutton is proud to announce its series of vibrant events celebrating black heritage and culture in Sutton.
Every October in the UK, Black History Month (BHM) raises awareness of African and Caribbean history and cultural heritage. 2011 promises to be better than ever with a wide variety of activities ranging from Health Workshops, to food tastings, music and films, to Exhibitions. You can also be involved in BHM by entering a photography competition, with enteries being displayed at the new Life Centre.
