We have exciting plans to change the way we communicate with residents.
We want to offer our residents a wider choice around how they access our services, a big part of that is improving our digital services for residents.
So whether that's booking a repair on line, checking your rent balance at a time that suits you or making use of our new web chat facility that's coming soon, we're working hard to provide different ways to communicate.
As of Monday 24th July we'll be texting residents with updates relating to their rent accounts any rent related issues.
Text messages will be sent by "SHP" and will vary from thanking you for a payment to reminding you of an agreed payment plan. Please note, you are not able to reply to the messages.
