A programme of checking all of our communal electrical cupboards and lighting circuits is underway. Our partner contractor (SPI Ltd) will be carrying this out over the next few months. This shouldn’t cause any disruption, unless major remedial work is identified. If that happens, the work will be programmed for later this year. They will need to open up and inspect all of these cupboards.
