Lead Councilor Sean Brennan, Lord Graham Tope and Councilor Janet Lowne officially opened the new all-weather 'Garden Pathway' at Clarence Road Sheltered Housing Communal Garden at 4pm on Thursday 25 June 2009.
The new 100 meters, tailor made pathway opens up the Communal Garden to all of our 25 residents every day of the year for exercise, sociability and communal events. The Pathway was commissioned as a direct result of a specially created 'Listening to Residents' Program, which asked residents what they wanted to see at their scheme.
