The Sutton Housing Partnership Board

Sutton Housing Partnership’s board of directors is made up of 12 members – four residents, three tenants and one leaseholder, four independent people with professional skills to help run the board and four council nominees from all political parties. The Board will be involved in:

  • Scrutinising and monitoring the performance of Sutton Housing Partnership
  • Reporting on the Management Agreement between the Council and Sutton Housing Partnership
  • Approving the budgets
  • Agreeing policies and making financial decisions
  • Ensuring that Sutton Housing Partnership is run lawfully and ethically
