Neighbourhood Estatecare Teams

If you live on a larger estate our Estatecare Service is delivered on a Neighbourhood basis by a team of caretakers based on your estate during working hours.  Details of the Neighbourhood Teams covering your estate is listed below.

                              

• Benhill Neighbourhood (covers properties at Benhill Estate).  The team supervisor is Gary Knock
• Chaucer/Collingwood Neighbourhood  (covering Chaucer Gardens, Killick & Balaam House).  The team supervisors are Tunde Varga and Gary Knock covering each respective site.
• Sutton Court Neighbourhood (covering Sutton Court, Argyle House, Brendon House, Crown Road, Bushey Road, Andrewes House, Dennis & Gibson House) .  The team supervisor is Gary Knock.
• Hackbridge Neighbourhood (covering Durand Close, Corbet Close, Mill Green, Seymour Road, Wolesley Road).  The team supervisor is Tunde Varga. 
• Shanklin Neighbourhood (covering Shanklin estate).  The team supervisor is Robin Marais.
• Wallington/Central Neighbourhood  (covering, Friars, Braebrook & Alcester Court, Woodcote Road, Wentworth Court, Albury Court, Ripley Gardens, Compton Court, Milford Grove, Stanmore Gardens, Ockley Court, Maldon Court, Copthorne Court, Hambledon Court, Allison House).  The team supervisor is Robin Marais.
• Weekend Estatecare (covering Benhill, Shanklin, Chaucer Gardens, Collingwood, Woodcote, Radcliffe Gardens, Durand Close, Sutton Court, Beauclere House). The team covers essential duties on larger blocks between the hours of 8.00am and 4.12pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  Essential duties include clearing hazardous waste or obstructions, litter picking, litter bin emptying, dog bin emptying (Saturdays) and bin rotation (including floor debris in bin rooms).
