Grounds maintenance services are provided under contract by Glendale Services Ltd and monitored by our P/SEO Team of supervisors. The contractor works to a specification of work and frequency that is published on Notice Boards to blocks and publicised in our EnviroWatch Survey circulars. We also publish a summary of the service in Homefront periodically.
The contract was let in April 2005 with the involvement of residents through the tender specification and evaluation process. Detailed below is a summary of the service provided by the contractor.
