We have liaised with our Neighbourhood Teams to identify sites to extend our popular daffodil bulb planting initiative carried out over the last 2 years. This season we will be bulb planting at Farnham Court; Shanklin estate; Hillcrest Parade and some of Coulsdon. Consultation also occured through Resident Association meetings and we will also be receptive to suggestions on site for locating the bulbs in suitable areas.

We have completed work on site at Marlesford Court undertaking a Shrub Renewal Project. The project has involved relandscaping the grounds, planting of climbers with trellis installation and planting of various shrubs and involved residents at an early stage in our plans when we asked feedback on our renewal proposals and sought suggestions for the scheme. For example, we have responded to requests to install new rotary drying lines as part of the work.

We have recently replaced old estate signs at Beadlow Close; Shearing Drive; Sutton Court; Alexandra Gardens; Radcliffe Gardens; Ware Court; Hayling Court; Rosehill Court; Muschamp Road; The Mount; Hillcrest Parade; Kingslee Court; Albion Road and Henry Hatch Court. The work was carried out in partnership with our Neighbourhood Teams, who through their Estate Action Plans (drawn up in conjunction with residents) identified sites requiring a much needed facelift.
