Playground Management
The playgrounds we manage are regularly inspected by caretakers in our Estatecare Teams, identifying obvious faults and clearing hazardous debri (eg broken glass or litter).
Listed below are details of the playgrounds we manage and the frequency of inspection. The frequency takes account of risk which is affected by the size of site and frequency of use or locality.

On a quarterly basis, we carry out quarterly maintenance inspections in-house, testing equipment and carrying out routine maintenance (eg tightening bolts, replacing worn links etc). We produce a quarterly report and urgent disrepair is responded to while other less urgent work is monitored with priorities determined within the budget available for repair.
