Window cleaning is carried out to communal windows in blocks both internally and externally on a programmed basis. The service is delivered in-house by a team of 2 mobile Estate Officers using a ‘reach ‘n wash’ system for windows externally at height. See below for programme details.
Customers are informed about programmed visits through our EnviroWatch Survey mailshots and on Attendance Sheets provided on block Notice Boards.
