Neighbourhood Inspection Dates
We aim to help residents create a community where everyone can feel comfortable and secure in their homes. By working together with our residents we can agree plans for the future.
Our staff are on site regularly, but at scheduled times every few months, Neighbourhood Managers carry out inspections to:

Identify any health or safety issues

Note any repairs that haven't previously been reported

Look at ways in which to improve the area.

Check that estate services, like cleaning and caretaking, are being effectively delivered.

If a date does not appear for your estate, it is because an inspection is not due.
