Safeguarding

Welcome to the Sutton Housing Partnership Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Children pages where you will find information and advice regarding Safeguarding within the community.

Safeguarding means all work which enables an adult or child to retain independence, well-being and choice and to access their human right to live a life that is free from abuse and neglect.

If you suspect that someone is being badly treated you must tell someone about it.  Your concerns will be taken seriously, if you are concerned about confidentiality your identity can be withheld from the people you are worried about.

If immediate action is required to protect someone from harm, please contact the emergency services by dialling 999.
