Your Neighbourhood
We aim to help residents
create a community where everyone can feel comfortable and secure in their homes.
By working together with our residents, we can all agree plans for the future.
What do we do?
Experienced staff can provide information on matters that affect your home or estate. Please click on the appropriate menu options to the left.
Neighbourhood Managers can also advise on tenancy issues such as sub-letting; parking; pets; gardens; refuse disposal; exchanging properties; ending a tenancy; abandoned properties; changes to tenancies; succession; Introductory Tenancies. Click here| or on on ‘Neighbourhood Managers’ in the menu on the left for more information.
Your Neighbourhood
We carry out regular inspections of our estates and speak to residents about the things that concern them. For more information about inspections, click here| or on the menu to the left.
We are working with tenants and leaseholders in drawing up estate profiles and actions plans to improve your neighbourhood; these will be available within the next few weeks.
We are also producing local newsletters to tell you what is going on in your area.
Creating a better community
Many areas already have Residents' Associations which meet regularly to discuss problems and suggest ways to improve things.
Staff from Sutton Housing Partnership come to these meetings. If you'd like to contribute, we'd love to hear from you. Please click here| or on the 'Getting Involved' tab at the top of the page.
