Properties are advertised on the website every week from Thursday to Sunday and, providing you are registered on the Council's Housing Register, you can bid for the properties that you are interested in. All property adverts will indicate whether there are any additional criteria that you must fulfill in order to bid. Tenants living in regeneration areas, who have been officially notified by council officers that they are in a current decant programme, can now choose and bid for their new homes through Sutton HomeChoice, to visit the Sutton HomeChoice website click here.
