Box Bathrooms Programme
This project is one of our most challenging and involves the eventual renewal of nearly 750 box bathrooms in St Helier. Sutton Housing Partnership has been working with residents to find ways to increase production and to improve both the original design and the value for money we get. We expect to complete the project in 5 years but only if we receive the full funding allocation from the Government.
If you have a box bathroom the work will be carried out in the same year as we plan to do any other internal works in your home such as a new kitchen, electrical work or heating system. Check your copy of the 5 year Decent Homes Programme for details of when we expect to work in your street
