Sutton Housing Partnership welcomes all of our residents to get involved and give us their feedback on our Major Works projects. With this valuable feedback from our residents, we can improve the services we provide.

Why you have a Right of Appeal
Resident involvement and feed back is very important to us. This appeals policy will provide residents with a clear process for challenging the timing of improvements to their home as featured in the Decent Homes Programme. Decent Homes Group
The purpose of the group is to ensure that residents are able to shape and influence our Decent Homes programme. Residents and staff meet every two months to discuss Decent Homes projects and programme planning. Most recently the group has been involved in selecting our partner contractors ready for the five year programme of works subject to funding and an award from the Audit Commision. Residents on the group also have the opportunity to inspect projects and to attend contract meetings.
