Please note: Occasionally the start dates may be subject to change due, for example, to the time taken to obtain planning permission or the time taken to consult with residents or the availability of funding. Residents will be consulted on every scheme before details are finalised, and the scope of choice will be as wide as we can make it.

Benhill Gas Mains renewal
The Benhill Gas main renewal programme is now well under way with the majority of the underground works now complete. The work to replace the pipework on the blocks is now starting and will run through until the end of September. Shanklin Village Window Replacement programme
The survey process for Window and Door Replacement at Shanklin Village has commenced. The modernisation of the walkway panelling/balustrades has now started and will continue on a block by block basis.

Boroughwide Decorations Programme
The Communual Decorations Programme is near completion. The new programme is under leasehold consultation with works due to commence approximately August 2010. To view the road listing of the 2010/2011 programme, please click here |.
A new programme of works which will take over after completion of the Decent Homes scheme will commence year 2014/5 for completion 2019/2020. The list is in alphabetical order under the road names. Box Bathroom
The Box Bathroom programme has now started again. The project commenced in Kelso road, Lindores Road and Kinloss Road and will continue into the new financial year. For further information regarding Box Bathrooms, please go to our Box Bathroom webpage.
About Digital
Currently Sutton Housing Partnership have upgraded existing communal television aerial systems to homes served by communal television aerials. The Government has set a digital switchover target date for 2012, which means that all uk households will have to go to digital to receive broadcast TV services. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - SCCi are now removing old communal television aerials. All residents should now have had sockets fitted by SCCi to allow them to receive digital after the switchover. If you have not had your socket fitted, you must contact SCCi on 0208 760 7650 before 31st December 09 . After this date SCCi may charge for fitting a socket to your property.
