Major Works Projects

We have a programme of works for our Major Works for 2011/2012 showing what works are due, the locations, contractors working on the project and also details such as when the works are due to start.

Please note: Occasionally the start dates may be subject to change due, for example, to the time taken to obtain planning permission or the time taken to consult with residents or the availability of funding. Residents will be consulted on every scheme before details are finalised, and the scope of choice will be as wide as we can make it.

The new programme for 2011/12 will be available shortly.  All residents involved in the 2011/12 programme of works will receive a letter with further infomation.

Please find table below which lists our 2011/12 programme of works.  If you double click on the click 'here' this will open into a new page which will advise you more regarding these works.  The planned maintenance will be available shortly under a new'Planned Maintenance'webpage.  Not all programmes are finalised and will be available shortly.

It is important for electrical installations to be tested regularly to avoid the risk of harm, injury or death from an electrical problem or fault.  At Sutton Housing Partnership we test the electrics within each property on a 10 year cycle.

It is important for electrical installations to be tested regularly to avoid the risk of harm, injury or death from an electrical problem or fault.  At Sutton Housing Partnership we test the electrics within each property on a 10 year cycle.

The 2011-12 programme for Electrical testing is now underway. The contractor DWS is working on behalf of KNK and will be writing to all tenants in the programme asking to book an appointment with DWS.  If you are in this programme please contact them using the telephone number in the letter.

The test will take less than an hour and may identify further work which will involve a return visit by DWS for the works to be carried out.

Please remember, this work is important for the safety of you and others in your home. The inspection is to ensure that your electrics are safe to use.  Therefore if you fail to allow DWS to inspect your electrics, this may lead to further action being taken against you
