What can I access?
You can now create your own password protected account to access your personal information.  It's easy to use and absolutely free. 

If you are a SHP main tenant or leaseholder you will be able to:

  • Access your accounts to check your balance or your recent payments
  • Check the live status of a repair
  • View the recent repair history for your property, garage or communal areas
  • Send compliments, queries or complaints using on-line forms.

Will the account be secure?
Yes absolutely, your account information will be accessible through a separate secure site and will be password protected. 

Who can create an account?
This service is available for all SHP main tenants and main leaseholders. You can only have one account per property which must be set up by the main tenant or main leasehold party.

What information will I need to register? 
It will help to have a recent rent statement (tenants) or service charge statement (leaseholders) to hand.  You will need to know your SHP person reference and this can be found on the top if your statement.
