What can I access?
This service will allow you to view your live rent account balance and payments history online and it is easy to use and absolutely free.
You will be able to access your account information safely and securely at a time that suits you.
Please note: if you are in receipt of Housing Benefit your benefit payments will not show on your rent account until Thursday each week.
Will the account be secure?
Yes absolutely, your account information will be accessible through a separate secure site.
To register for this service you will need to complete some security questions online.
For further security protection, your user log-in and your password are then posted out to you separately by royal mail to ensure that only you can gain access to your account.
Who can create an account?
This service is available for all of Sutton Housing Partnership main tenants.
What Information will I need to Register?
It will help to have a recent rent statement to hand.
