About Us

Sutton Housing Partnership
Sutton Housing Partnership is an Arms Length Management Organisation or ALMO set up to manage council housing and to bring investment and improvements to our homes across the borough. Although the housing stock is still owned by the Council, Sutton Housing Partnership is responsible for providing day-to-day management of housing services to over 7000 tenants and 1400 leaseholders. We are committed to providing excellent, customer focused and cost effective landlord services to all our residents.

What is an ALMO?
ALMO is short for Arms Length Management Organisation. The government set up this option for Council’s to form independent organizations to manage and bid for funding to improve their housing stock.
Sutton Housing Partnership is a non-profit making organisation managed by a Board of Members. The board is made up of residents, councillors from all political parties and independent people with professional skills to help manage the organisation.
