Cleaning Service
Following resident feedback from our quarterly Enviro-Watch Survey, we are currently reviewing our cleaning service to improve standards of service on your estate.  (Residents told us that their current cleaning service did not allow sufficient time to be spent at each site)

In response, this will involve an 8 week trial period starting from Monday 30th July. Staff time will now be increased to carry out a more comprehensive clean by changing the frequency of site visits each week. We will be reviewing standards on site over the next 8 weeks to assess how successful these changes have been and will seek your feedback during our next quarterly Enviro-Watch Survey in October
