Graffiti Removal

 

Sutton Housing Partnership deliver a Graffiti Removal Service in-house.

The work is staffed by 2 Estate Officers, resourced from a Team of 6 members who also cover Bulk Waste Removal work, Landscaping Projects and Tree Maintenance Services.

The Service runs on a responsive basis covering communal areas of our estates, with the following performance targets:

  • Removal or obscure vulgar or racist graffiti within 24 hours of receiving a report
  • Removal of other graffiti within 14 calender days

The service is delivered from a vehicle equipped with steam cleaning jetwash equipment supplied by a 1,000litre water supply onboard. Some pictures of the graffiti van are below
