The Grounds Contract was re-tendered in 2005 and re-awarded to Glendale Ground Management Ltd who have delivered the contract since April 2003. The contract is for 3 years extendable by two. The tendering exercise involved residents at the pre-tender and post tender evaluation stage. Besides delivering on the contract basics, improved customer communication is a key feature of the new contract. This includes a leaflet circular to residents explaining the scope of service, developing use of site notice boards, website communication and contractor involvement in Estate Walkabouts
