We also know that we need to get better at dealing with customer feedback,
responding to complaints on time and keeping customers up to date with what’s happening.
The Audit Commission have made a number of recommendations to help us improve our services, and Sutton Housing Partnership have already started working on these to make sure we continue to get better for customers.
Until we are judged as providing a two star “good” service we are unable to unlock the much needed extra funding to meet the government’s Decent Homes standard.
Although we are disappointed with the inspection result we are committed to
making sure our residents continue to receive the best services possible, whilst working towards improving our star rating with the Audit Commission.
We will be keeping you informed about the inspection results and our progress with a special edition of HomeFront, due out in May.
