We will:

• offer you an appointment with a member of the Leasehold Services Team if you wish

• give all new leasehold and freehold service charge account payers a Leaseholder Handbook. This is a Plain English document and is available in other formats if required

• provide up to date information on our website including contact details

• include information on any charges in the law and our policies that may affect the information we have already given you

• send you a statement of your account in service charge account in April, July, October, and February

• send your quarterly estimated service charge in March, June, September and January

• send you an actual bill for the previous year by 1st October every year

• help you if you decide to sell your home by providing your solicitor with our  pack within 10 working days (the pack contains detailed information that your buyer will need). Please note there is a £100 fee for this pack.

• consult you through the Sutton Leaseholders Association committee and local meetings
   
  
• consult you about any service contracts of 12 months on longer where you will be expected to contribute £100 in any year of the contract

• consult you about any major works or items of repair that will cost you more than £250
