Sutton Housing Partnership

Sutton Housing Partnership is a new organisation known as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO). The Government introduced a new initiative linked specifically to housing which was to ensure all tenants live in a 'Decent Home'. The funding for achieving this is linked to continuous improvement and performance compared with other ALMO's and similar organisations across the country.
Current and future residents hold a big stake in how well Sutton Housing Partnership performs.Sutton Housing Partnership plan to deliver continuous improvement by pursuing eight strategic objectives:

To secure long term viability centred on value for money
To build a range of partnerships that support improved service delivery

To provide a repairs service that consistently delights our customers
