Housing Inspections

The Audit Commission carries out Housing Inspections. They use a set of stantards called the Key Lines Of Enquiry (KLOE) to assess the star rating of an organisation. In late 2007, Sutton Housing Partnership was inspected by the Audit Commission and received a fair service, promising prospects rating.
The Partnership has a wide ranging Improvement Programme which we anticipate will improve our rating when we are inspected again in late 2009.
