Sutton Housing Partnership monitors the performance of service areas using key performance indicators (PI's)

The set includes:

National Best Value Performance Indicators. The Audit Commission (a Government Body) set Best Value Standards and monitor the delivery of public services. Sutton Housing PArtnership can compare how well we are doing nationally compared to other London Boroughs and ALMO's through Housemark. Housemark is an organisation set up to compare performance and present best practice.

Measures agreed with the council in the Housing Revenue Account Business Plan to ensure we contribute to corporate excellence.
