At all times, we will:
  • wear name badges and also show identity cards if we visit your home;
  • visit you at your home if you prefer not to come to our offices;
  • treat you fairly and consider your needs;
  • be honest, helpful and polite, and always treat you with respect;
  • keep any information you give us confidential;
  • keep you informed about the services we provide; and
