If you need us to carry out any repairs, we will:
  • provide a phone service you can use from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to report any repairs you need;
  • provide a service, all year round, to deal with emergency repairs (for faults that put your life or property at risk);
  • for non=-emergency repairs, agree a time for our maintenance contractor to visit you (we can offer you a two hour appointment on weekdays, certain evenings or saturday mornings, you can find details of response for non emergency repair in the tenants handbook);
  • agree for one of our repairs inspectors to visit you within 10 working days if it is not clear exactly what repairs are needed to your home (for urgent repairs, our inspectors will visit you within one working day);
  • make sure our maintenance contractors show you their identity card before they enter your home;
  • make sure our maintenance contractors use dust sheets to protect your furniture and carpets;
  • make sure our maintenance contractors remove all the rubbish produced from the work and leave your property neat and tidy when they have finished.
  • inspect at least 10% of all repairs to make sure we are keeping to our standards; and
