If we provide other estate services, we will:
  • maintain the shared areas of estates and tell you what standards of service you can expect for caretaking, cleaning, maintaining the grounds, removing graffiti and collecting bulky waste;
  • maintain the shared areas of estates and tell you what standards of service you can expect for caretaking, cleaning, maintaining the grounds, removing graffiti and collecting bulky waste;
  • remove racist and offensive graffiti within 24 hours, and remove all other graffiti within 10 working days;
  • within five working days, remove bulky waste or rubbish that has been dumped;
  • cut back or prune trees every two years, in line with a published timetable; and
