When paying your rent and service charge, we will:
  • offer you a range of convenient ways to pay;
  • give you a rent statement every three months;
  • if you ask, send you a rent statement within 24 hours;
  • tell you what may happen if you do not keep up with your payments;
  • offer you advice to help bring payments up to date and tell you where you can get independent help and advice;
  • offer advice and help with making claims for Housing Benefit and state benefits; and
  • if you fall behind with your payments, help you arrange a suitable agreement to clear your debt.
