COVID-19 update on national restrictions: a statement from Steve Tucker, Managing Director
Steve Tucker, Managing Director of Sutton Housing Partnership said;
“Following Saturday’s announcement of new national restrictions to combat the spread of Covid-19 I want to reassure all Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) residents and partners that we will continue to put resident and staff safety first.
"At this time, we are doing everything we can to maintain services safely and are working together to learn from the previous lockdown so that we are able to stay in contact with residents and connect you to any support that you may need.
SHP will continue to deliver essential services for residents including all estate services and repairs, observing all public health guidance and following our risk assessments in the process. Allocations and sign-ups to our void properties will continue, with staff and applicants observing social distancing.
"We will continue to make regular weekly contact with the vulnerable to check upon how they are doing and other support services will also continue where possible. Clear communication to all of our residents will continue via Housing Managers, our phone line, website, social media and Homefront magazine.
"I want to encourage residents to continue to stay positive, stay safe. We will continue to work together at this time and your safety remains of the highest importance.”
