Important notice: Payment machine closing 10 December

From 10 December 2019, the payment machine at Sutton Council will no longer be available as a way to pay your rent.

The other way to pay is by setting up a Direct Debit or Standing Order which makes sure your rent is paid automatically.

Most people decide that Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay but you can pay online, on the phone, through your bank, and in person too.

If you need help with deciding on any of these options, please call your Housing Manager direct or contact our Customer Services Team on 0208 915 2000.

Easy ways to pay:

  • By Direct Debit

Provide your bank details, choose when we collect the money (1st, 10th, 20th or 28th of the month, fortnightly or weekly). Then we collect. Contact Us to set one up.

  • By Standing Order

Download a standing order form. SHP Standing-Order-Mandate.pdf [pdf] 67KB. Complete it and give it to your bank. They'll then pay us.
