Sutton Housing Partnership has appointed Nilavra Mukerji as our new Director of Asset Investment and Sustainability.
Nilavra Mukerji has extensive experience in leading housing and asset management services, and was most recently at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, as its Senior Assistant Director for Repairs and Investment.
Before that, he was at the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, as its Director of Housing Services.
Nilavra has joined our Executive Management Team and has direct responsibility for the capital investment programme, delivering on the asset management strategy and leading on zero carbon and sustainability projects.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Mukerji said:
